Can I bring brands I already work with?
Yes. Invite a brand directly and build the partnership around the relationship you already have. You agree the rate together, within the brand’s rules.
Who decides the commission rate?
You and the brand agree it directly. Brands set their caps and rules, including exclusions, coupon policies and territories.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The commission is adjusted against the original order, including partial refunds, so you can follow the calculation and see what changed.
How do I follow my commissions?
Sign in to Nuclio to review tracked sales and commissions through settlement. The commission record shows the applicable rate, rules and any adjustments.
Can I change my plan later?
Talk to the Nuclio team when your needs change. They can help you choose the right plan and confirm the timing and billing details before you switch.
